It’s Friday today, and I’m very aware of the fact that at this time next week I’ll be saying goodbye to the place where I’m doing my summer internship and to my great colleagues. Next Friday will be my last day in the office, the last day of my internship. A strange thought because by now I feel really  familiar here, and it feels like I have worked here for such a long time and would happily continue working here for a bit longer. Anyway, there is nothing that can be changed about it and I’m also happy about the fact that I’ve got a full month before I have to get back to Durham, in which I will go travelling a bit more, spend some time with my family and go back to my job as a waitress in the Netherlands for two weeks.
